marking a remarkable milestone in the lives of graduating members. The event was filled with joy, inspiration, and renewed commitment as professionals, dignitaries, families, and friends gathered to celebrate the achievements of the inductees and welcome them into the NIPEM family as certified Fellows.<\/p><p><strong>Theme of the Event<\/strong><\/p><p>This year\u2019s ceremony centered on the theme:<br \/><strong>\u201cSecurity and Cybercrimes.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>The theme highlighted the vital role of trained professionals in addressing emerging educational and societal challenges. It emphasized that effective management, sustainability, and innovation require skilled, ethical, and passionate individuals committed to service.<\/p><p><strong>Event Highlights<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Opening Session<\/strong><\/p><p>The ceremony began with an opening prayer and the national anthem, followed by a warm welcome from NIPEM President <strong>Prof. Maurice Azubuike Odiete<\/strong>, who congratulated the inductees and reminded them of their responsibility to lead with excellence.<\/p><p><strong>Keynote Address<\/strong><\/p><p>The keynote address was delivered by <strong>Prof. Theophilus Ogah<\/strong>, a respected authority on leadership and educational sustainability. In addition, awards were presented to individuals and organizations that made significant contributions to <strong>environmental management<\/strong> and <strong>public health initiatives<\/strong>, reinforcing NIPEM\u2019s commitment to service, impact, and collaboration.<\/p><p><strong>Closing Remarks<\/strong><\/p><p>In his closing speech, Prof. Victor Ogah encouraged graduates to keep developing their skills, remain active NIPEM members, and serve as ambassadors of innovation and excellence.
