Celebrating Excellence
On July 26th, 2025 the Nigerian Institute of Professional Education Management (NIPEM) held its Graduation and Induction Ceremony, marking a remarkable milestone in the lives of graduating members. The event was filled with joy, inspiration, and renewed commitment as professionals, dignitaries, families, and friends gathered to celebrate the achievements of the inductees and welcome them into the NIPEM family as certified Fellows.
Theme of the Event
This year’s ceremony centered on the theme:
“Security and Cybercrimes.”
The theme highlighted the vital role of trained professionals in addressing emerging educational and societal challenges. It emphasized that effective management, sustainability, and innovation require skilled, ethical, and passionate individuals committed to service.
Event Highlights
Opening Session
The ceremony began with an opening prayer and the national anthem, followed by a warm welcome from NIPEM President Prof. Maurice Azubuike Odiete, who congratulated the inductees and reminded them of their responsibility to lead with excellence.
Keynote Address
The keynote address was delivered by Prof. Theophilus Ogah, a respected authority on leadership and educational sustainability. His lecture underscored how collaboration between government, private sector, and professionals can transform national systems and enhance security.
He reminded graduates:
“Today’s graduates are not just professionals; they are problem-solvers, advocates, and champions of sustainability.”
Graduation & Induction
The highlight of the day was the formal graduation and induction of new members into NIPEM.
During this session:
- Graduates received certificates recognizing their hard work and training.
- Inductees took their pledge to uphold NIPEM’s values and ethical standards.
- The official NIPEM seal was presented, marking their transition from trainees to certified professionals.

In his closing speech, Prof. Victor Ogah encouraged graduates to keep developing their skills, remain active NIPEM members, and serve as ambassadors of innovation and excellence.
